Devendra Kodwani discusses a model to explain what makes organizations ethically vulnerable. Drawing upon legitimacy, institutional, agency and individual moral reasoning theories we consider three sets of explanatory factors and examine their association with organizational ethical vulnerability.
Devendra joined The Open University Business School in 2004 and is Professor of Financial Management and Corporate Governance based in Department of Accounting and Finance. He was previously employed in India at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad; Gujarat University and the Tolani Institute of Management Studies.
Devendra has significant academic leadership experience of building institution and programmes. Devendra is currently member of Vice-Chancellor’s Executive at the Open University and is involved strategy formulation and implementation for the university
